Exceptional English Terms and Conditions of Service

GST

   
   
16. Prices quoted to the Client do not include Canadian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Canadian clients shall have their invoice increased by the amount of the GST.
   
         
    Severability    
   
17. If any provision of the Contract is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then such provisions shall be severable and its severance shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Contract.
   
         
    Governing Law    
   
18. The Contract shall be governed by and construed pursuant to the laws of Prince Edward Island and the laws of Canada and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of that jurisdiction in connection with any dispute relating to the Contract.
