Exceptional English Terms and Conditions of Service

The Contract

   
   
1. 1.1 By selecting (via double click, keystroke or otherwise) the words "I accept the terms and conditions" you acknowledge your acceptance of such terms and conditions and therefore agree to assume all of the legal rights, responsibilities and obligations of "the Client" referred to therein.
  1.2 In addition to these terms and conditions, the Client and Exceptional English ("the Parties") may subsequently agree to a description of services to be provided by Exceptional English to the Client ("the Services"), a price payable and due date of performance or deadline for the provision of the Services and any other terms necessary to give commercial effect to an agreement between the Parties ("Additional Terms").
  1.3 These terms and conditions and the Additional Terms ("the Contract") will govern the relationship between the Parties until such time as the relationship is terminated.
  1.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Additional Terms, the latter shall prevail.
