About Us
The people who take care of you at Exceptional English

  The Company

Exceptional English began as a small, one-person freelance editing service in 1999. We established our web presence in late 2001 and have grown steadily to include editors covering almost every editing sub-specialty. We deliver high quality, affordable editorial and proofreading solutions to a broad range of individual, business, academic, and government clients.

  Our Team

We have worked very hard to develop a network of trusted and skilled proofreaders and editors. All are native English speakers, who possess degrees from universities in Canada or the United States. Editors working in our academic editing divisions are also required to have master's or PhD degrees. The majority of the team consists of professional editors, but many also work in other professions. By combining outside professional skills with an expert knowledge of the English language, the Exceptional English editing team consistently produces top quality results for our clients. They deal with a wide array of sub-specialty editorial projects including work in business, science, medicine, education, and the humanities/social sciences.
